Hi everyone I made an active directory, but some of the old users has not sent the important tasks to public folders so, I wonder if there is a posibility to access at these old user accounts and retrieve the important tasks from his private. Thanks

This is Dhwanit Parekh from Automation Anywhere Technical Support Team.

If you have access to those old users' account informaiton from Active Directory, you can reset their password, login to Control Room with their updated password/credential and this way you should be able to get into their Private workspace to access their bots and check them into public work space.

There is no other alternative we see to this.
