for the process of delete file from Sharepoint folder but keep getting error of:

"153400 Bad Request. Could not process the request for URI https://Example.sharepoint.com/teams/ExampleSite/_api/web/GetFolderByServerRelativeUrl(#39;/ExampleSite/Shared Documents/Forms/RPAProgram/Shared Documents/TEST Channel/Book1.xlsx') due to improper input supplied or other error"
