Please check out the below links, Also you can use One-Drive to sync the file from Sharepoint. so whenever you uploaded the file in one drive that will sync automatically from SharePoint as well

Hi Thank you very much for your help, I'm currently using this link: https://botstore.automationanywhere.com/bot/sharepoint-maintenance-assistant

 

for the process of delete file from Sharepoint folder but keep getting error of:

 

"153400 Bad Request. Could not process the request for URI https://Example.sharepoint.com/teams/ExampleSite/_api/web/GetFolderByServerRelativeUrl(#39;/ExampleSite/Shared Documents/Forms/RPAProgram/Shared Documents/TEST Channel/Book1.xlsx') due to improper input supplied or other error"

 

Could you help?
