Hi Can I know why do I keep receiving the same message when I am using the same pc to login?

Follow below steps

1) In Control Room, go to devices - remove the device which is listed

2) now try to Add device (by clicking 1st icon on the table - Add Local Device)

3) Restart the BOT AGENT from services
