  • Hi All, I am working on a queue and work load management. I have created a queue bot to update the queue in CR and also a process to process work Items. But when I am try to "run the bot with queue" into the runner i am getting error as Access denied

I have given Queue admin and Pool Admin roles. Used a custom role as consumer in device pool and queue. I would like to know what I am missing here. Please Help!

Could you check if you have meet all the prerequisites as mentioned here?
