Hello, We are repeatedly getting an error pop-up when we try to run the task on the Community edition. The error pop-up says UNKOWN: User:(user id) is already running a bot on the device: (device name). thank in advance

Go to the Task Manager, then the 'Services' tab. Right click Automation Anywhere Bot Agent and click Stop. Wait a few seconds. Right click it again and click Start. This will kill whatever it thinks is currently deployed.

You should be able to run a bot after a couple minutes.
