Good Morning. On my page about licenses, there is no option for me to deploy the control room in the cloud. Where do I fix this?

This is Dhwanit Parekh from Automation Anywhere Technical Support Team.

Please note that the page you are looking at is only applicable if you have purchased "Automation Anywhere Cloud Hosted" Control Room which is also known as "Pure Cloud model" or "SaaS Model".

To actually get that you have to get in touch with your Automation Anywhere Account Manager (if any) or Automation Anywhere Sales Team.

While the other model is "On Premise" model, wherein, you host all the components of RPA including Control Room, Client and other applications offered and for the license of that, you should access that other tab called "Manage File Licenses" on that same page.
