Hi Team,

I am getting unable to download the bot or the dependencies to the device issue in AA360 control room while running the bot.  

Can you please help me to fix this issue.

 

@Sirisha.A1 You need to provide more information if you would like assistance. When did this begin happening? Is it only on this one bot? On this one machine? Has it ever worked? Have you tried the typical uninstall/reinstall of the bot agent and re-register the machine in the Control Room? Any additional information you can provide will help us help you
