Hi,

Trying to do POC - Agentic AI, having Enterprise Edition. Few clarifications.

  1. Model connections - No default models are getting loaded and don't have option to create new model to configure. Am I missing any roles or permissions.
  2. From “Automation” - Trying to access the “AI Skill” getting the error message as “ Error - Access is denied” .

From the above clearly showing the logged user doesn’t have proper roles and permissions. please guide the required steps.

Note:

Added the user with roles: AAE_Basic, AAE_Bot Developer. Please share any links for reference and  consider this as priority. Let me know if any clarifications on the above.

Thanks.

Thanks @MAIYA_0

My Lead is assigned with the role as “AAE_Admin” and for mine he’s able to add the role “AAE_Basic”, but unable to add/find  the role “Pro Developer Custom role”.

Please suggest how to create the above custom role? thanks

Hi @subbu2025 ,

Through the Admin account, access the Roles section where you will find an option to create new role. Please add a new role (you can name it anything you like) and give the below permissions

Hi @subbu2025 ,

AI Agent Studio requires Enterprise Platform license. After procuring the Enterprise Platform license, the IT Admin, with the AAE_Admin role, would create a role for the Automation Admin. After which, the Automation Admin would create roles and assign permissions to other users based on their tasks.

Required roles to access AI: Citizen Developer Custom role/ Pro Developer Custom role/ Automation Admin Custom role

Fore more information regerding the user roles, refer here.
