Has anyone worked with Forms and Processes in Automation Anywhere? I’m currently exploring it and trying to understand whether forms can be published or embedded in other applications to trigger bots.

I’m new to this area and would really appreciate any guidance or insights.
also Any license or permission depencies are there to achieve this?

Yes, you can use a form within a process and then embedded that process within MS Teams or any application that supports iframe. It very simple process to embed the automations.

@DS78 Does it work only with AARI - AA Copilot license type . Or it can work by providing Run/Execute Form access from Controller to a Business user?

Thanks.

Yes, you need to have “Automation Co-Pilot for Business Users” feature enabled. This is part of Automator AI Base license.
