We have suddenly been facing an issue while running the bots on local machine. Here is the error message which we have been getting: -

Unable to download the bot or the dependencies to the device This may be due to multiple reasons. To continue, please 1. Make sure that there are no errors with the dependencies 2. Make sure there is enough disk space on the device for the bot and all of the dependencies 3. Make sure proxy configuration is setup to allow this download URL from this device. Then, try to run the bot again. If you continue to see this message, please contact your system administrator.

When we tried uninstalling and installing the bot agent again, it is throwing this error while connecting to device: -

Unable to connect to the Control Room and it may be due to not being able validate the SSL certificate presented by the Control Room.

This may be due to multiple reasons. To continue, please

1. Check to see if the SSL certificate has been added to the Java Key Store that is bundled with the bot agent.

Then, try again.

If you continue to see this message, please contact your system administrator.

Code: registration.error

Can you please help to fix this issue?
