@Semih Öztürk Can you give an example of the path that is giving you problems? I am unable to replicate what you are seeing.

the path is like \\fileserver\hayat\HK\B_130\KONTROL\COUNTRY-19102022.xlsx
this the path in the ExcelAdvanced:Open,
but it gives error as //fileserver/hayat.... is not exist.
i did string : replace / to \
but it didnt work
Can you please include a screenshot of the Excel Advanced>>Open, and your parameters? Something like this:
I have configured it to run to one of my network shares as shown in the screenshot but am unable to duplicate the behavior you're seeing. Also, can you please let us know what version of the product you're using, and whether on-prem or Cloud?

thank you for trying to help. Actually it was my friend's issue.
and she just said it worked now without changing anything..
everything was the same and started working now
