Excel Advance: An unknown error occurred when executing the 'OpenExcel' command

Hi Team,

We were using Office 2019 in Dev/UAT environment and was able to execute a processes without any issue. However, in Staging environment, client has installed Office 365 and now when we tried to execute the same code, we are getting the below error on Excel Advance Package in Open/Create Actions.

• Error: Excel Advance: An unknown error occurred when executing the 'OpenExcel' command

Please let me know what’s the RC and how we can rectify this issue. 

• AA Build Version: 26355
• OnPrem Excel Advance Packaged Default Version: 6.20.0
• MS Office: Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise
