Error while running task bot

Hi Team,

I recently started using Automation Anywhere and trying to run my first Bot but while running everytime its giving Device error while downloading dependencies though my Bot agent is up and running.

 

Pls help. Attached error screenshot.

Are you using Community Edition? If so, please restart Automation Anywhere Bot Agent Service and check if you have any proxy or be behind a firewall

@hirakangshu.nag  Restart your machine after deleting automation anywhere folder under c:\windows\system32\config\systemprofile\Appdata\local
