Error while installing automation anywhere MSI download from boat store

Hi

I am getting error while installing Compare PDF Documents msi downloaded from boat store (https://botstore.automationanywhere.com/bot/compare-pdf-documents). 

in the bot store it was showing requirements as 

My current control room build is 22255. and Bot agent version : 22.40.20

do any one know solution to this problem.
