Hello everyone, I would like to know if anyone has encountered this error package.invalid.signature when trying to migrate a robot from one control room to another. The error doesn't provide much information, so it would be very helpful if you know anything more about it.

If this import doesn't contain anything secret or proprietary, send it to my work email and I will check the import file. aaron.gleason@automationanywhere.com

Hi @KevinOliva ,

When importing a bot, the system automatically uploads any required packages that are missing from your Control Room. However, the import can fail if these packages do not have a valid signature. If a package signature fails verification, the import will fail silently. You will not see an immediate error message, but you can find details about the failure in the Audit logs under the Upload package event. Use the latest package versions for a successful import.

@KevinOliva please try to export a bot without package include and then try to upload because sometime what might cause and issue is regex expression package or other package that not able to import with upload to control room so try to export bot without package include

Hi,

It usually happens when there's an issue with the bot package’s signature during migration. You can try rebuilding the bot and exporting it again. Also, make sure both control rooms are on compatible versions. If it keeps happening, reaching out to support might be the best.

@KevinOliva let us know if any of these suggestions helped you out! :)
