Hi everyone,

 

I have a bot that suddenly was very slow or failed to interact with a webpage. The error message was (in French)  L'action de plug-in a échoué. Assurez-vous que le plug-in du navigateur a été installé correctement et qu'il est activé. Pour obtenir de l'aide avec cette erreur, accédez au forum de la communauté Automation Anywhere, A-People. Did anyone ever face the TYPE_016 error before that ? 

 

I rebooted the virtual machine and the error did not occur again

@Augustin That sounds like the Chrome Extension crashed briefly. You can look at Chrome’s Task Manager to see if our extension is not responding.

The extension starting with “bbocc” is the Automation 360 extension.

Many people find it best to quit completely out of Chrome at the end of the automation and open a copy fresh at the beginning of the automation… if you don’t already do that. Chrome can be quite memory hungry.
