Hello, I downloaded the community version and I am an intern now. Anyway, I cannot connect to the local device, and I don't know the reason. I would appreciate it if you could help me.

ı watch this video ı  my windows language is Turkısh. Is that a problem ? ı downloaded extension   when ı click to connect your local device ı saw that error.
