Error opening recorder window in Automation Anywhere

Hello everyone,

I'm having a problem. I'm trying to run the "Recorder: Capture" package, but I'm getting this error.
I have the latest version of the Bot Agent installed, and the browser extension is properly installed as well.

Hi,

Try restarting your machine, double-check if the extension is enabled properly, and reinstall the extension once again. I hope it fixes the Recorder capture error.

Thanks for your help!

I restarted my machine and checked the extension, but the error still persists.

Hi ​@matheusrocharpa,

 

Could you check this:

Type on your keyboard WinKey+R and search for services.msc and check if your “Automation Anywhere Bot Agent” is running.

 

 

In Chrome check if this is there and active:
