Error message: Unable to perform auto-login for user abc

Hi all, I am trying to run/schedule some Bots but the bot failed with below error. I have also updated the control room device setting with all possible options but failed.

Always create a new session

Reuse an existing session

Reuse an existing session, if available

after changing these 3 options still get the same error “Error message: Unable to perform auto-login for user”.
