Error in 'Recorder' action

Good morning,

I have four unattended servers on which I have an application called Quiter that is working correctly on two of them, however, on the other two it is not working. What happens is that I am using the 'Recorder' action and it does not recognize the textboxes or the buttons, even if I do it with a 'Find window in window' action the image appears black, instead of the element that I want to click on.

Has anyone experienced this error? And if so, how were you able to solve it?

It should be noted that Quiter and Automation Anywhere have already been uninstalled and reinstalled with the settings of the two servers that are working correctly.

Are you using Community Edition?

Please check the screen resolution of the bot runner. If you're using a VM to run the bot, make sure you have properly disconnected the server.
