Error code:TYPE_015 in a production bot

Hi everyone,

 

I have a bot in production that used to be working correctly. I have suddenly got this error yesterday 

Plug-in action failed. Make sure that your browser plug-in is properly installed and enabled. For help with this error, go to the Automation Anywhere community forum,  A People. Error code:TYPE_015

It is to my knowledge the first time this error occurs on the control room, the bots that ran afterwards had no problem, and the Chrome extension is still installed. What can be the cause for this problem ?

@Augustin Interesting. If subsequent bots ran without issue, have you tried re-running the bot with the error?

If you're still getting the error, the bot runner logs could tell us the specific issue.

Hi Aaron,

Unfortunately, as it is in the production environment, I cannot reproduce the bot run.

I will wait for the next one, and will let you informed.
