Hi Experts,

 

We are trying to use email trigger activity by connecting to Outlook and we are in .26 version. But it is not triggering the bot whereas file triggers are working fine. Are there any pre requisites needed like IMAP config for email trigger to work?

Thanks @Tamil Arasu10 . We are following the below option only. But it isnt working. Should anything else be checked?
