Need to make this changes CR level, checkout below documentation for detailed steps,
Login to the control room as a admin account.
Go to Administration
Select Settings
Expand Email dropdown
@Redouane Oudjehane You can configure Global Values in A360 CR as an Admin for all your email settings
Can you explain how to do that? I do not see those settings available under Administration>Settings>Email

For Bot migration from 11x to A360, Email server details is to be provided as Global variables. Please refer below documentation:
In generic, to be able to send the notification for the bot activities or Admin activities configure Email notification from Control room referring to below documentation:
