'Email: Send' action error - 'Please check your domain name and try again'

When using ‘Email: Send’ action within A360, the following error occurred after several emails had been successfully sent using the action:

 

‘Bot exception caught com.automationanywhere.botcommand.exception.BotCommandException: Please check your domain name 'outlook.office365.com' and try again..’

 

Anyone experiencing the same issue?
