Hi All,

Did any one come across how to set email priority in Send email command? If so, please share your thoughts.

Thanks

Madhu

By priority, do you mean importance (low, medium high)?

It appears to be documented in the Outlook Mail API, so REST commands through the Microsoft Graph API should work.

Hi Aaron,

Yes, I am looking for email importance (low importance/high importance).

We are sending several emails via robot using send email action and there is no direct option available in AA to set the importance/priority of the email.

Using API’s might complicate the send email process as we need to procure keys by taking to multiple teams and it kills our time.

Thanks

Madhu

As you said, there is no direct option available in AA. You can contact your CSM to create a feature request ticket, but in the meantime, only the API will do that. If you build a common bot that sends emails with the API, you don’t have to worry about re-writing your code over and over.

Okay, that’s exactly what I was trying to figure out—whether there’s a direct option available or if I might be overlooking something!

Thank you, Aaron.
