'Email: Move all' action results in bot error ' Parent Folder not found

Hi all,

I'm attempting to use the 'Email: Move all' action in A360 to move emails from one child folder to another.

From folder:  Inbox/Bots/Test/Unprocessed
Destination folder:  Inbox/Bots/Test/Processed

When I run this action an error appears (as above) stating that the Parent Folder 'Inbox' cannot be found. This also occurs when running the bot for any other parent or child folders in the mailbox.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Exchange version:  Exchange Server 2013
Azure Cloud:  Azure Global
Domain name:  outlook.office365.com
Authentication mode:  OAuth2 - ROPC

Bot agent version:  21.240
Email package version:  3.16.2-20230106-082520

As per Automation anywhere A360, if your email connect Protocol = POP3 then it will fetching from Inbox only. 

 

Check the Move All action 

From a specific folder

e.g. Inbox/folder1;Inbox/folder2 or Inbox/test*. For POP3 fetching from Inbox only
