Download Link Always Points to Old File Instead of Latest Submission

I have submitted the same program multiple times. I want to download the most recent file (from the latest submission) from this list. However, when I try to capture the download link for the latest file, it always downloads the same (older) file instead of the newest one. How can I ensure that I am downloading the most recent file submitted?

    ​@satsup1421 could you provide more context? Where are you trying to submit the programs and download them from?

    Hi ​@satsup1421,

    if it is a website then try to use just the DOMXPath only if the newest file is published all the time on top of the list.
