Download CR action missing in file package

I have downloaded community edition and in the file package I am not able to see Download file To CR action please help me on this

    Hi @Abhay Adlakha​ ,

     

    I've noticed the same as well, earlier they used to be a Download CR File Action, which is now nowhere to be seen.

    All I can see now is a new Copy CR Action:

    But all is not lost, if you downgrade the package one step, you will be able to see the Action:
