Domain dropdown is not listing

Hey Guys,

I have been trying to login into automation anywhere control room but the dropdown list is not populating for the domain. I have tried following these things https://docs.automationanywhere.com/bundle/enterprise-v11.3/page/enterprise/topics/control-room/install/domains-drop-down-list-empty.html still there is no change. Help me with this issue
