We need internet access. "the discovery bot is connected to the control room".

Hi @Arvind Kotaru ,

If you have hosted in intranet then no need to have the internet access and it depends on how the architecture is set up.

I'd recommend opening a support ticket with AA using below link to give you the best option after reviewing your Architecture.
