Question

Document Automation Validation doesn't show the correct validation count

When my document automation process has no documents to validate, it is showing 8 documents. (This number has been slowly increasing)

However, as soon as there are any actual documents to validate, it shows the correct value.

Any ideas on why this is happening?

Hi @sleemand,
Please check if any previous requests in the Process Queue are pending or not as sometimes those are still in pending state.

Hi @sleemand,

I can’t find any open/pending requests for this learning instance.

Is there any different place to check besides the “All Requests” or “Tasks” section?

When we actually have pending requests, the number is correct.

After all of the requests get processed, it starts showing an incorrect amount.

Hi @sleemand,

If you are not finding any pending requests in the All Requests section then I guess you can contact support@automationanywhere.com to resolve this issue.
