“EXTRACT_FAILED - [Native] : 500 : StorageSvcError : File upload failed : File name: 0_processed.png, File type: PREPROCESSED_IMAGE, msg: "An unexpected problem occurred"}”

a try on file type tiff and it work and Status (Completed)

Does anyone have an explanation or solution to this problem?

I’m encountering a similar issue at extraction step. I received the following error:

EXTRACT_FAILED - [Native] : 500 : INTERNAL_FAILURE : Unexpected error sending message to process stdin.

Has anyone faced this before, and if so, could you share any insights or solutions? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

I tried changing the package version. Two bots are created by the instance name, try downgrading the package.
