a try on file type tiff and it work and Status (Completed)
Does anyone have an explanation or solution to this problem?
I’m encountering a similar issue at extraction step. I received the following error:
EXTRACT_FAILED - [Native] : 500 : INTERNAL_FAILURE : Unexpected error sending message to process stdin.

+3I tried changing the package version. Two bots are created by the instance name, try downgrading the package.
