Document Automation generic.server.exception error in Automation 360

Hi,

 

I’m about to create new instance with Document Automation but when I want to process a invoice document with *.pdf extension, it shows error prompt “generic.server.exception”

 

I already have one instance created and it was successful but now it has the same issue when I want to try upload new document.

If you are having the A360.25 build, consider checking its release note.

 

Try upgrading the Document Extraction package version.
