Document Automation step is failing at the download CSV Step

Check to make sure you can run regular automations. This error implies that it is having problems running a local automation -- the one to download the CSV to your local computer. You can also check that the folder you specified exists and has read/write permissions.


Turns out that I did not had access to set automation priority, got the error message from Audit logs. Admin granted the access, working fine now.  Thanks for the help.
