Do we have to connect to machine with Bot agent daily for VDI as my VDI device changes for new login (profile of user is same) ?

Hi All,

 

My creator machine is a VDI. The device name of the VDI changes for every new login. so just curious to know whether I have to connect to machine with Bot agent for A360 every time.

    Hi Akash,

     

    Only your bot runner needs to stay updated, you can create/modify bots by logging in to A360 via a web browser from any machine. If your bot runner is a VDI and the creds change daily, then it is advisable to keep them updated in Automation Anywhere as well.
