May i know what the main problem is we face when the device is queuing in deployments and not going to in progress state for hours together .

@Nirupama G P When this happens, it’s that the bot agent registered to receive the job is not available. This can happen if the bot agent is not started, busy with another job that is either taking a long time or has paused waiting for human input (e.g., a message box or prompt), or that the bot agent needs to be reset at the control room level.

If the bot agent needs to be reset, use this site that I put together:  https://developer.automationanywhere.com/deletedevice.php  Try using the “reset” option on the bot agent entry in the Manage > Devices section of the control room. It may take several tries.
