Device not ready for deployment

Hello,

 

I have the community edition of Automation Anywhere and developed a couple of Bots for practice.

 

I was recently issued a new laptop.

 

Although I can still sign on to Automation Anywhere and see the bots, they will not run on the new laptop and I get a message that says “device not ready for deployment”.

 

How can I run these  bots on my new laptop ? I no longer have the old laptop.

@john.curran First, go to Manage > Devices and try to delete the old device. (There should only be one listed.)

If that doesn’t work, use this page that I made and follow the instructions:   https://developer.automationanywhere.com/deletedevice.php 

One of those should get you back on track!
