Device disconnected and cannot delete. How to solve it?

Activity In Progress: 1 bot and I have no idea how to remove it

The bot has been deleted but Activity still show 1. 

When I click on the link and it show this error. Code: repository.exception.file.notfound

Cannot delete the device: Error Cannot delete device, as it is part of an active bot deployment

How to solve this?

    Hi ​@peifa,

     

    You can try two methods.

     

    1. Restart the AA Bot Agent service and try to move the activity from In progress to History. If it doesn't work, try to delete the device afterwards.

    or

    1. Access the Delete Control Room Device page and try to delete the device after entering your CR details (Note: You may need to repeat this multiple times in case of no positive result)

        I cant find AA Bot Agent service AA Bot Agent in the services.

         

        It should look like the below. If you are not seeing this service, then there must be some issue with your Bot agent's installation.

        I been using this around 2 years. All of the sudden, I face this issue. 

        I have double check again. It is not in the services.

        This extension can also help to reset, it has other useful features as well and you do not need to provide any token. Just navigate to devices page and it should give you option to reset.
