Hi,

I am facing a deployment failure in an environment with 4 active bot runners. In a specific time period, only one bot runner got successfully deployed while the other bot runners failed the deployment with the error message "java.lang.RuntimeException: No session found for user <user_acc_name> on the device."

If there is anyone knows the cause for this issue or knows a solution, please advise.

Refer the screenshots for further details.

Thanks.

As you have not specified the exact deployment type you have configured for the device, assuming you are using RDP approach, kindly validate the steps mentioned in the below articles:

Did you resolve this issue? I am faced with the same problem - Device Type: Single User, Deployment Type: Regular - Bot Runner will not auto login.
