deploy failed - Runner mode

Dear Team,

I was unable to run a bot from bot runner and im getting below error 
 

Deploy failed: Either your username or your password is incorrect This may be due to a misspelling, your Caps Lock may be on, the password may have expired, or the domain may be required. To continue, please retype your username and password.

however i was tried to run via developer login using clone bot, it was running successfully.

Can anyone help?
