I’m Darshan Hiranandani, Has anyone here successfully implemented the Common Names synonyms.cfg2 file? I’ve been running into some challenges and would love to hear your experiences.

Specifically, I’m finding it a bit restrictive when I search a specific name in quotes — it doesn't return any results at all. However, if I remove the quotes, the search works, but as expected, it pulls up a much broader set of results than what a user might expect with quotes.

I’m considering managing synonyms on an ongoing basis, but I’d appreciate hearing any thoughts, suggestions, or alternatives from others who’ve dealt with this.
