The Control Room license has expired. How can I use it now?

You will need create a new file license or id for cloud environment if it were bought. If not, you would need contact your sales representative.

For license renewal get in touch with your PEM or CSM, you can place support request as well in AA.

If the Control Room license for your Automation Anywhere Enterprise 360 (AA360) installation has expired, you will need to obtain a new license in order to continue using the Control Room. You can contact Automation Anywhere sales or support to obtain a new license.
Once you have obtained a new license, you can install it in the Control Room by following these steps:
- Log in to the Control Room as an administrator.
- Click on the "Admin" tab, then click on the "License" subtab.
- In the "License" subtab, click on the "Import License" button.
- In the "Import License" dialog, click on the "Browse" button and select the license file that you received from Automation Anywhere.
- Click on the "Import" button to import the license.
After importing the new license, the Control Room should be able to continue functioning normally. You may need to restart the Control Room for the changes to take effect.

How to update license renewal GUID in Control room.
current license will expire in next 2 day’s. I got new license key from sales team.

If you have the CR Admin access, go to Administration → Licenses
You will have two options as highlighted. Choose the appropriate one and select the latest license file to update it.
