Hello,

I am working with my control room admin to set up the AI Skills following the documentation listed here: https://docs.automationanywhere.com/bundle/enterprise-v2019/page/ai-tools-create-skills.html and we my admin cannot access administration > settings > AI data management. He does not see the option for AI data management.

I cannot find any documentation on how to make this page appear. Is there a specific role that he would need?

If you have the required license, your Control Room Admin need to create customs roles. 

 

Prerequisites

A Pro Developer requires these roles and permissions to create and test an AI Skill.
  • Role: AAE_Basic, Pro Developer Custom role
  • Permission: Bot Creator
  • Setting: Administration > Settings > AI Data Management > Data logging settings must be enabled. The Automation Admin can enable this setting for the Pro Developer
