Has anyone been able to connect to a shared mailbox since the oAuth2 aside from using the outlook APP?

Have you been able to connect to shared mailbox through EWS server?

Hi @ShivC ,

I haven’t had any requirement such to try this out. But can you try as below?

If you have the Shared Mailbox name as SharedMailBox and target folder as FolderName then give specific folder as SharedMailBox/FolderName.

Hi @ShivC

Yes it will work with Connect to : Outlook option, click on refresh button to the right side and click on the dropdown button post refresh you should see the shared mailboxes names that are configured to your outlook app.

@ShivC

Could you try passing in the folder path into the Loop Action: mail in mail box Action as shown the screenshot below?

Also, the Email: Connect Action lets you select between accounts:

I know the outlook option works but I dont want outlook to be open hence dont want to use that option.

Looking to use EWS option for this but have not been able to make it work.

So AA in current version cannot connect to shared mailbox using EWS.

It is on their roadmap.
