Connect Bot to Computer?

When I click on the action to download bot and connect it just keeps going and does stop

Could you check if the Bot Agent is up and running?

If not, please start it and wait for 30-40 seconds before trying again in the CR.

I cant see any sign that the BOT agent is running.

Request you to please install the Bot agent on the machine with admin rights and then try to connect to the device

If not, please raise a support case to troubleshoot further from our side
