You’ll need to look at your Excel:Open action, and determine the Session name, then use that Session name to close the Spreadsheet. There is no action that closes the spreadsheet by its filename.

each one of those have different “window titles” that identify the open document (pdf, excel, folder)

The Window Package has a action, “Close All” which should close all open windows on your desktop.
