I Wonder what’s the difference between these two licenses, i did read the documentation but it is still not clear what the difference is. As we could add a customized role to both user with citizen/bot creator user. Won’t both user have the same function even though they have different license?


There might be some feature citizen developer doesn’t have like run as user according to the documentation as it is stated that bot creator have the run as user function but regardless they still can mimic each other if a same role is given
