I deleted some bots from the public space after cloning them, but when I tried to check in those bots again, I got this alert error.

I deleted some bots from the public space after cloning them, but when I tried to check in those bots again, I got this alert error.

You can try below some points:

Restart Bot Agent

1.Sometimes the issue is with the local device connection.Restart the Bot Agent, and ensure it’s fully connected in Control Room.

2.Preload Packages Go to Manage > Devices, click the three dots next to your device, and select Preload Packages.


Hi ​@LAHCEN AGLAGAL,

to restart Bot Agent on Windows machines do this:

PressWinKey+R” on your keyboard. (This will pop up “Run” Window)


Now type “services.msc” and click “OK

 

Search for “Automation Anywhere Bot Agent

 

Right click on “Automation Anywhere Bot Agent” and select “Stop” when stopped select “Start” and try your check in again.
