We have been using Automation Anywhere for the past year for our client projects as well as for general support through the chat option. However, we’ve recently noticed that the "Chat Support" option is no longer visible on the Apeople portal.

 

Kindly assist with this.

Yes, the same was available for me too. But now it showing as like below. No option for chat support

 

 

 

What is your current support plan? It must be present on the same page. Your support options will depend solely on the current support plan. If you are not getting any kind of support option (Open Case / Chat), there must be a change happened on your partnership with Automation Anywhere. 

 

Kindly get in touch with them using the below mail ID to know about your partnership status.

What is your current support plan? It must be present on the same page. Your support options will depend solely on the current support plan. If you are not getting any kind of support option (Open Case / Chat), there must be a change happened on your partnership with Automation Anywhere.

If you can't see either the Create a Case or Open Chat options, then unfortunately, there are none.

 

You may try to reach out to the support team on the below ID:

support@automationanywhere.com

 

But again, the status of the Partnership will be a question mark.

I have sent you one of the team member's mail IDs as well via private message. Kindly try to reach out. When I had a similar issue, they responded to my mail on the same day itself.
