Change bot running device / Error Unable to perform User

Hi , 

We don’t have enough license so I change the running device using API . But for each execution , i have an error to update credentials. 

Is there any workaround to change the running device without changing the credentials?

Administration->Users->Select unattended user->Edit User → Change select running device

Hi @helenemamou ,

 

Registering the Runner device with CR is mandatory for BOT execution and putting the device credentials as well. If you don’t want to put credentials every time while switching the device, make sure that all the devices which you want to connect are having the same Device credentials. Else, it will always popup for updating it.
